These policies and conditions contain legal obligations
All ticket holders agree to the following waiver: NOBLE Wine & Dine event is for guests 21 and more. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants. ID’s will be checked at entrance. All attendees must have a valid photo ID.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Event Happens Rain or Shine
All tickets are non-refundable. No exchange, no exceptions. Event schedule is subject to change without notice. The event happens rain or shine. NOBLE Wine & Dine reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject or remove any person that is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed unbecoming, without refund. Restaurants and food are subject to change.
Food and Drink are included in your ticket – there are no additional fees for tasting. Food and alcohol will last as long as exhibitors have product. California law and NOBLE Wine & Dine urges all adults to drink responsibly.
Event guests assume all risks incidental to NOBLE Wine & Dine, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries.
WHAT IF I CAN’T COME?
Refunds are not offered, but tickets are transferable to another person if you email us one week prior to the event to change the attendee name - email layne@noblemanmagazine.com
By purchasing tickets and/or attending the NOBLE Wine & Dine, you are consenting to the possibility of being recorded and/or photographed and allowing NOBLE Wine & Dine and it's affiliates the use of any photos and videos that may be taken at the event.
ATTIRE - Dress to impress.
Friday seated dinner is Formal Cocktail attire - It is an indoor, seated dinner
Saturday Grand Tasting is inside/outside, walk around tasting experience. Cocktail attire.
Comfortable shoes are suggested.
Force Majeure: If NOBLE Wine & Dine cancels the event due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below) then Attendee shall not be refunded. For the purpose of this policy, “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance arising that is beyond the reasonable control of NOBLE Wine & Dine (including but not limited to governmental laws, ordinances, regulations, requisitions, restrictions, guidelines, recommendations or action, imposition of sanctions, embargo, military action, acts or threats of terrorism or war, mob, civil commotion or riot, health scares, fire, flood, drought, earthquake, severe weather, disaster, and acts of God). This event takes place rain or shine.
